  • The Customer Oriented strategy in KARAM becomes a subject matter for a Case Study in the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (in collaboration with Lucas College and Graduate School of Business, San Jose University of California), earning the Award for “Best Case Study Presented” by Dr. Jyoti Dewan. The Case study was subsequently published in June, 2015, as “Internationalization of the KARAM Group of companies: Experiences, Imperatives and Challenges” in the South Asian Journal of Management.
