  • Learner should > 18years
  • Medically fit
  • Learners must be in Helmet and Safety shoes during training & wear snug fitting clothes
Target Participants

This program is designed for all Technicians/Operators who may undertake any form of manual handling operations as part of their work such as lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving.
